4 New Limited Time Summer Salads!

We teamed up with your favorite foodies to build their own perfect summer salads for us, so that you can enjoy them too! Each one of our collaborators put together their favorite ingredients from our BYO selection, with combinations of dressings and toppings that are unique and exclusive to Lychee.

The New Salads:

Now let’s break it down!

Alaska Salad

  • Base: mixed greens, arugula, spinach.
  • Essentials: cherry tomato, cucumber, onions, potatoes, croutons.
  • Premiums: avocado, cottage cheese.
  • Protein: smoked salmon.
  • Dressing: lemon, honey mustard, honey, olive oil.
  • Toppings: almonds, chia seeds, cranberry.

Loaded Veggie Salad

  • Base: mixed greens
  • Essentials: roasted carrots, roasted sweet potato, beets, red beans, colored bell peppers, corn, caramelized onions (optional), grits with cranberry (optional), tortilla (optional).
  • Premiums: avocado, mushroom (optional), quinoa (optional).
  • Toppings: almonds, flax seeds.
  • Dressing: balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey mustard, salt & pepper.

Post-workout Salad

  • Base: mixed greens.
  • Essentials: 2x colored bell peppers, 2x roasted sweet potato, cottage cheese.
  • Premium: 2x quinoa, avocados.
  • Protein: grilled chicken.
  • Toppings: almonds.
  • Dressing: honey mustard.

Chicken Pasta Salad

  • Base: arugula
  • Essentials: caramelized red onions, fusilli pasta, colored bell pepper, roasted carrot.
  • Premiums: mushroom, cheddar cheese.
  • Protein: grilled chicken.
  • Dressing: Italian lemon, light ranch, parsley (optional).
  • Topping: sliced almond.
  • Optional: corn & jalapeno.
