Healthy Pancakes with 40gm of protein

Does dessert always mean chocolate, white sugar, butter and flour?

Not really! You can still make desserts that are very low in sugar, and still enjoy it.
This episode we are making you healthy Pancakes with Lychee’s Greek Yogurt.

Why Lychee’s Greek Yogurt?

  • Very rich in protein.
  • No Sugar.
  • Very creamy.
  • Perfect for fluffy/ hush batters.

Now get your ingredients ready and follow the reciepe below!

Here you go that’s all what you need:

1 cup of oat flower.
1 TSP baking powder.
½ TSP baking soda.
½ TBS cinnamon.
½ TSP salt.
1 cup of Lychee Greek yogurt 0% fat.
2 egg yolks.
1 TSP vanilla.
1 TBS molasses.
1 TSP coconut oil.

The Recipe in 6 quick steps:

Step 1 – get a bowl and put all dry ingredients together; oat flower, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Step 2 – In another bowl mix well; Greek yogurt, egg yolks, vanilla, molasses, and coconut oil.
Step 3 – now add the dry ingredients to step 2.
Step 4 – Add the 2 egg whites and stir slowly.
Step 5 – grab a pan and heat it with a drop of coconut oil.
Step 6- on a medium heat temperature, pour the batter, and flip once bubbles pop.

For peanut butter and honey lovers, you can drizzle some to your pancakes as a sweetener.
